Outdoor Portrait

For this photo I decided to exaggerate the blacks in light-room because I thought it made it stand out. I also brightened it and added contrast. I took this picture on a hill at Hidden Lakes Park right in between when the rain stopped and started. I chose this setting because my brother loves being outside and that park is a place we go all the time. This photograph shows my brothers playful, fun, energetic personality. He also loves climbing trees and is always smiling.

This photograph was taken right before it rained so it was very dark. When I edited it I had to brighten it and also made it clearer. I wanted to edit it so you could see the texture of the tree. I took this photo here because my brother chose this tree and I thought that was important.  I think this photograph shows my brothers smile and happiness. He is always happy and I think this photo showed it.

In this image I made the blacks stand out and added contrast. I also brightened it and used the clarity tool. I took this picture on the same tree as the one above. We go here together all the time and that is why I chose this setting. This picture I thought showed that my brother is a dreamer, because he is looking off in the distance. He has many goals for his life and I thought this image showed this.

For this picture i brighten it a lot and tried to make his jacket stand out. I also tried to brighten up his face and made the exposure higher to make his face brighter. I took this picture on the same tree, but on a different part. In this picture he actually climbed up into the tree so it was taken at an angle where I was below him. The background in this picture was also simple and I liked that. I like this photo because it really shows my brothers happy personality in a simple way. He began to laugh and I took a picture when he didn't know. Laughing is a big thing for my brother because he is constantly making people laugh or laughing with people.
